The honest answer is no. I don’t sleep well, I don’t have personal time to myself much, and I have gotten completely out of shape.

I would say that I am a happy person and a very positive person as well, but my body has really felt these last 10 years… and it shows. It wasn’t so long ago that I was in good shape, lean and strong, but I have definitely lost that. My goal, over the next few months, is to take care of me. I’m going to sleep more, have more fun time doing the things that I love outside of work, spending time with my friends and family, and I will get in shape.

I’m always open to suggestions… If you have any, please feel free to leave a comment here. My goal in making this public is to hold myself accountable for this goal. I guess we’ll see how it goes!
